(a) Ashwini Green Plan (Present cost Rs.500/-, Validity – 1 year)

Preference in consultation & hospitalization facilities
10% discount on consultation, accommodation & investigation
5% discount on medicines & consumables
Complimentary food during hospitalization
Invitation to participate in socio-medical events
Free accident insurance cover up to Rs.100, 000/-

(b) Ashwini Yellow Plan (For Senior Citizens; Cost and validity as above)

Facilities : -

Free medical check up two times a year
Preference in consultation & hospitalization facilities
15 % discount in consultation, accommodation and investigations
5 % discount on medicines & consumables
Complimentary food during hospitalization
Invitation to participate in socio-medical events
Free accident insurance up to Rs.100, 000/-

(c) Ashwini Tri Color Plan: ( for family of two adults and two minor children )

(Present cost Rs.1000/-, Validity – 1 year)

Under this plan any member of a family can avail the facilities similar to the Green Plan. Two minor children get the benefits fee.

(d) Ashwini Insurance Plus Plans

* (present cost Rs 1250/- for following benefits for a period of one year)

Free medical treatment up to Rs.50,000/-**

10% discount on various hospital services when treatment cost exceeds Rs.50,000/-
